Heartland Christian Ministries Association helps churches take an active role in K–12 education. We bring churches, educators, schools, and community partners together to strengthen learning opportunities and serve children across Kansas.
OUR LEADERS
Becky Wilmoth
PRESIDENT
Becky Wilmoth serves as President of the Heartland Christian Ministries Association, bringing more than a decade of experience in Christian education, nonprofit leadership, and organizational development. She served for nearly ten years as Executive Director of Arrows Christian Academy, helping build the organization from the ground up into a thriving Christian education program with two campuses serving more than 300 students.
Becky is also the founder of Nonprofit Education Solutions, where she helps education entrepreneurs build strong, sustainable nonprofit organizations. She has guided 49 education program founders through incorporation and the 501(c)(3) approval process with a 100% approval rate and has shared her expertise through organizations including VELA Education Fund and the National Hybrid Schools Conference. Her experience as a school leader, classroom teacher, and nonprofit consultant gives her a practical understanding of what education leaders need to serve children, families, and communities well.
Dalena Wallace
VICE PRESIDENT & SECRETARY
Dalena Wallace is an education entrepreneur and connector focused on strengthening partnerships between churches, schools, and families. She serves as Vice President of HCMA and is the Founder and Director of the Heartland Education Reformation Organization (HERO), where she works closely with pastors to help churches engage meaningfully in Christian education.
A longtime homeschooling mom of six, Dalena founded the Apollos Homeschool Co-op and served as its director for over five years. She understands firsthand the challenge of faithfully balancing family life while pursuing a deep calling to serve other families who need access to Christian education. She has successfully built strong networks of innovative educators across the state of Kansas and currently operates AIM High, a hybrid microschool. She also leads AIM Educational Collaborative LLC, supporting leaders who are building Autonomous, Innovative, and Missional education models.
Analyssa Noe
TREASURER
Analyssa Noe serves as Treasurer of the Heartland Christian Ministries Association, bringing extensive experience in business strategy, operations, organizational transformation, and education entrepreneurship. She spent more than a decade helping organizations solve complex operational challenges, including serving as a Manager in Strategy and Operations at Deloitte, where she led strategic planning and multimillion-dollar transformation initiatives.
Analyssa is also the founder and director of Cardinal Academy, a K–8 Christian microschool in Wetmore, Kansas, and the affiliated Cardinal Community Foundation. Since launching in 2024, Cardinal Academy has grown from 16 to 44 students, while Analyssa has helped secure more than $300,000 in grant funding to support its growth. She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and brings to HCMA a passion for building strong organizations that expand meaningful educational opportunities for children and families.
STATEMENT OF FAITH
HCMA affirms its adherence to Christian principles and commits to operate in faithfulness to God, Jesus Christ, and the historic Christian faith. It is believed that the Bible, as the inspired and infallible Word of God, speaks with final authority concerning truth, morality, and the proper conduct of mankind, and therefore serves as the ultimate and final source of the Corporation’s beliefs.
The Board may, from time to time, adopt supplemental or additional statements, policies, or declarations addressing matters of faith, morals, and conduct. Any such statements, together with this Statement of Faith, shall collectively define the Corporation’s beliefs, practices, and convictions.
